    三次元振動(dòng)研磨機(jī)的工作原理是：在振動(dòng)盤中安裝有振動(dòng)馬達(dá)，振動(dòng)盤通過振動(dòng)彈簧與底座連接。啟動(dòng)振動(dòng)研磨機(jī)時(shí)，振動(dòng)馬達(dá)產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)大的激振力，通過振動(dòng)彈簧帶動(dòng)振動(dòng)盤中的研磨混合物（即研磨材料、研磨加工零件、研磨助劑等混合物）產(chǎn)生三個(gè)方向的運(yùn)動(dòng)，即上下振動(dòng)、由里向外的翻轉(zhuǎn)、螺旋式的順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)。這種立體的研磨方式可以使需要研磨拋光的產(chǎn)品零配件與研磨拋光材料相互摩擦，從而達(dá)到表面拋光、去批鋒、倒角、去毛邊、除銹、粗磨光、精密磨光、光澤打光、電鍍前細(xì)磨、振動(dòng)出色等目的。
